Data analysis and price forecast are one of the most important factors in scientific research and development of a market economy. In the work by analyzing the data and their forecast, the relationships between the forecast inflation and prices are considered, the equilibrium price versus inflation is determined when the new (innovative) system of supply and demand equations is solved, a numerical example is given that is used for balanced and sustainable development of the economy, maintaining equilibrium Between supply and demand, coincidence of interests of consumers and producers, increase in trade turnover.
