The article studied the technical condition of structures without a basement 2-floor public building with low ceilings, built in the city of Bukhara 44 years ago using a reinforced concrete frame system and used as an information and resource center. Based on the scientific analysis of the reconstruction of the object, the tasks of solving the transformation of this object into a 2-storey building without a basement and with high ceilings for the establishment of the Agency for Public Services were performed.
