Ҳозирги замонавий хирургиянинг ютуқларига қарамай бугунги кунда кам КИХ лапароскопик хирургия учун махсус етказиб берувчи укуналар йуқ. Бундай ускуналар қуйдаги талабларга жавоббериши керак: кукун кўринишидаги воситаларни аниқ дозалаш имконини бериш, қорин босими ошгаг холатда хавфсиз ва самарали қўлланилиши. Кам инвазив хирургияда Гепроцел қон тўхтатувчи имплантатаини қўллаш учун “Академик В.Вохидов номидаги РИХИАТМ” ДМ ходмлари томонидан янги етказиб берувчи ускуна ишлаб чиқилди. Ускунанинг самарадорлиги эксперимент шароитида 7.5 кг вазнга эга бўлган йирик хайвонларда синаб кўрилди. Ишлаб чиқилган етказибберувчи ускуна Гепроцел қон тўхтатувчи имплантатини жароҳат юзаси бўйлаб бир текис тақисмлаш имконини таъминлади. Таклиф этилаётган ускуна самарали етказиб бериш тизимига эга бўлиб, лапароскопик операцияларда манипуляциялар ўтказилганда қон тўхтатувчи кукуни керакли бўлган жойга дозалаш қобилиятига эга
