For the first time in the Republic of Uzbekistan, a biomorphological description of F1 monosome hybrids was carried out with substitutions of individual cotton chromosomes. As a result, F1 monosomic hybrids with substitutions on chromosome 4 were characterized by long stalks and small bolls with a long spout. The monosome F1 hybrid with substitution on chromosome 18 was characterized by weak foliarity, dense pubescence of the stem and leaves, as well as non-flat bracts.
