This information is essential for indexing and identifying the article in scientific databases.3️⃣ Generating the ROI identifier After the metadata is entered, the system generates a unique ROI — Research Object Identifier. This identifier serves as a unique code that distinguishes the article from all other scientific publications.4️⃣ Assigning a permanent digital identification The generated ROI is attached to the article and becomes its official digital identifier.
