ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The aim of the study is to obtain a healthy and well-formed plant from nodal explants of pomegranate (Punica granatum L). Nodal segments were cultured on MS (Murashige and Skoog) medium was prepared in the form of a basal medium with the addition of organic acids and vitamins. Sucrose was added at 30.0 g / L. pH adjusted from 5.6 to 5.8 and 8.0 g / L agar-agar was added to solidify the medium. For the plant creation stage, IBA 0.2-2.0 mg / L, NAA 0.1-1.0 mg / L, IBA 0.1 to 0.5 mg / L and NAA 0.1 to 0.5 mg / L. Also for the rooting stage are two different auxins; IBA and NAA were tested at 0.12, 0.25 and 0.50 mg / L on MS medium, revealed to contain 0.50 mg / L NAA (97%) and 0.50 mg / L IBA (95%) and showed different results.
