ARTICLE ANNOTATION

The article explores the rationale for the scientific understanding of socio- cultural technologies in scientific management of society. The functions of stabilization and development of socio-cultural technology in public and society management are analyzed. This is scientifically based on the need to reform all areas and update its strategic goals.
