This paper discusses the fact that the role of discussion in the development of legal and democratic principles in our society is one of the main ways of forming political positions and developing a program of actions, as well as the importance of the role of the discussion in deepening democratic reforms and the development of civil society in our country. It also describes the fact that, in order to realize democracy, it is necessary to give a place to discussions in society, since democracy requires alternative considerations and views, in case of inconsistencies of serious and convincing arguments. The article affirms the need and necessity for arguments and discussions as a means of solving various social problems.
