This article analyzes the major scientific achievements of scientists of the West and East in the field of Avestology of the end of the 20thcentury, and also accumulated parts of the Avesta in translation from the Zend language and from the Pahlavi language. Through these studies, the established traditions are revealed and methods of historical, linguistic and philosophical research and analysis of this monument.
