Interrelationships between the clinical course of the disease and intracardiac hemodynamics in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCMP) are presented. 20 patients with HCMP were examined. The importance of diastolic disturbances in the formation of the main clinical symptoms of the disease was revealed. An increase in the atrioventricular ratio (AVR) determines the degree of severity of the HCMP course.
