124 sick children with bilateral nephrolithiasis were examined. Surgical tactics have been developed depending on the nature of the stones, their localization in the urinary tract, and the type of complications. In a planned manner, 85 patients were operated in stages, In 39 of them, one-stage operations were carried out on both sides. It was concluded that the results of surgical treatment of BN in children mainly depend on the depth of preoperative morphological and functional changes in the kidneys and the correct choice of surgical tactics, taking into account the nature of stones, their localization and the type and degree of complications.
