Osteoarthritis is a disease, the essence of which is the destruction of the cartilage of the articular ends of the bones. A person loses the ability to fully move and adapt to the environment. It is more difficult for him to take care of himself and he begins to need care. Exercise for osteo-arthritis of the knee joint is designed to prevent and mitigate these and other negative consequences of destructive changes. Therapeutic exercises will help maintain mobility with osteoarthritis of the knee joint and muscle strength if you exercise daily. There are several techniques developed by different authors. This or another is taught in rehabilitation departments or exercise therapy rooms.
