Preparation students for professional, spiritual and educational function. The spiritual and educational base of society’s development goes back long history. Initial cultural civilizations started to appear in VII and VIII BC. The development of science. Moral and educational progress increased to the new stage at the end of VIII and at the end of IX centuries. Cultural progress in IX and XII was named Renaissance. The period of Amir Temur and the control of this dynasty influenced to the general and historical development and in our country they created great foundation in the branch of building. During east Renaissance human was considered the main character in educational and moral field. During XVI-XVIII centuries the enlightment movement happened in two stages. Spiritual and educational development was seen as important as country’s policy.
