the article investigates the theoretical and practical implications of increasing innovative activity of women in terms of social development, as well as the implementation of the strategy. This process also highlights the importance of raising the spiritual, ethical, entrepreneurial and political culture of highly qualified specialists. The author analyzed the state of this issue taking into account the implementation and awareness on the part of women of the basic provisions of the action strategies and five important initiatives of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the role of gender policy, increasing their activity in the ongoing reforms.
