Lyophilization is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the production of injectable dosage forms. The stability of the drug molecule is a key factor that affects the manufacturer's choice of the form of release of the drug-injectable drug in liquid or powder form. A new lyophilic preparation "KOBAFEN" was developed and the quantitative content of diclofenac sodium and vitamin B12 in the lyophilizate composition was determined for the preparation of a solution for injection using modern physical and chemical analysis methods.
