Goods in Uzbekistan are designated according to the nomenclature of Commodity Externally Economic Activities “TIFN TN”. Quality, tons, environmental safety, identity is necessarily determined by its chemical composition, the meaning of the digital code. The chemical composition of Jerusalem artichoke, as well as information on the nomenclature of the pectin trademark isolated from Jerusalem artichoke peel, is studied and presented.
