The article provides information on the nematode fauna in the South Surkhan reservoir. According to the results of the analysis, 18 species of nematodes were identified, consists of 6 orders, 11 families and 14 genera. Among the orders Rhabditida, Dorylaimida represent the largest number of individuals.
