The quantitative content of β-exotoxin was determined in the effective strains of Bacillus thuringiensis. It was established that the greatest production of β-exotoxin in the Bt1 strain is 300.0 mg / L of the growing medium, then in the Bt18fo strain it is 123.0 mg / L and the low toxin production in the BtMth1 strain is 42.02 mg / L. The calculations correlate with the data on the bioinsecticidal activity of producer strains, for example, for strain Bt1 - 80% insect death, Bt18fo - 60%, Bt Mth1 - 30%.
