A clinical case of complications from the organ of vision in a child who has undergone COVID-19 is presented. The studies were carried out in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. The patient underwent standard laboratory and instrumental studies, as well as ophthalmological examination, including visometry, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy. In addition to standard techniques, echobiometry (A and B scanning) of the eyeball was performed. This clinical case showed that the COVID-19 infection was complicated by polymorphic ophthalmic symptoms, indicating the involvement of the lacrimal gland, mucous membranes of the eyeball and eyelids, the cornea of the lacrimal sac, and retrobulbar tissue in the process. COVID-19 is complicated by lymphoproliferative diseases, manifested in the form of glandular or systemic forms, from the side of the eyes, these complications are expressed in the form of keratoconjunctivitis dry (Sjogren's syndrome).
