PECAN: USING A HEALTHY AND TASTY NUT

The article is devoted to the results of scientific research on the possibility of growing pecans in the Ulugnor and Kurgantepe districts of the Andijan region from September 22, 2011 to September 26, 2020. We know that green plants are the most useful source of wealth in nature, and the gifts that it gives to humans are priceless. There are more than eight types of pecans in the world. The common pecan or hazel pecan is also a tree belonging to the Juglandaceae family, which is a valuable walnut fruit. This deciduous pecan walnut tree grows in river valleys in the southeastern United States, Central Asia, and Mexico. It is located on the territory of Russia - in the Crimea and the Caucasus. The valuable nutritional properties of the large fruits of this tree were first noticed by the North American Indians many centuries ago. The Hindus used them for food.
