STUDY OF BIOEQUIVALENCE OF «LAFEROBION» AND «VIFERON» PREPARATIONS

The bioequivalence studies of the preparation «Laferobion» rectal suppositories 3000000 IU, produced by: LLC FZ «Biofarma» Ukraine, compared with «Viferon», rectal suppositories 3000000 IU, produced by: LLC «Feron» Russia, in terms of acute toxicity and immunomodulating activity conducted. The study of acute toxicity carried out according to the conventional method on white mice (both sexes). The study of immunomodulating activity carried out on model prednisolone immunosuppression. As a result, it found, that the preparation «Laferobion» is bioidentical to the preparation «Viferon», and both preparations in the maximum dose do not cause fatal death. The study of immunomodulating activity showed, that both preparations have a statistically significant immunomodulatory effect and are bioequivalent in terms of immunomodulating activity.
