GENESIS AND STAGES OF STUDYING MOBBING, BALLING AND CYBERBULLING IN GENERAL EDUCATIONAL SCHOOLS

This scientific article discusses the genesis, the history of bullying and the stages of scientific research on this phenomenon. Including the contribution of scientists to prevent cases of bullying, mobbing, cyberbullying, as well as key elements, rich international experience on the problem of bullying in secondary schools.
