ARTICLE ANNOTATION
The article investigates the issues for further improvement of legal system and strengthening protection of rights and freedoms of citizens on the basis of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to maintaining order of pronouncement of accusatory or acquittal, social significance of the verdict and make demands on him as well as provision of correspondence of the criminal and criminal-procedural legislation norms.
