The article notes that the rapid development of human society, the rapid growth of science and technology, industry and agriculture, the steady growth of the world's population have complicated the relationship between nature and man, it is no secret that any human activity, including nature that the occurrence of human consciousness, thinking, intellect, in this sense, the aggravation or decline of environmental problems, first of all, the consciousness of people, the degree to which these problems are directly related to the level of understanding, there are many facets, aspects, aspects of the problem and we must recognize that each of them has its place. At the same time, the importance of studying the natural-scientific, technical and technological, socio-humanitarian, legal, sociological and other aspects of the problem has been explored.
