ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The article presents the results of experimental testing of the chemical composition of silk yarn obtained from silkworm cocoons and used to obtain national fabrics. As a result of physical and chemical analysis, the ash content and the percentage of nitrogen and protein were determined. The elemental composition was determined on an ICP-MS AT 7500 instrument. The amounts of elements in silk yarn and mulberry tree are compared.
