This article analyzes improving of changes in the rural people’s quality of social life, implement of reforms and indicating factors. Seen to social rreforms as factor of improving quality rural people’s social life. Social-philosophical analyzed reforms of carry out and their expecting goals. An attempt has been made to clarify the directions of social reform in rural people’s life and the priorities for these reforms.
