In the modern global world, migration has a great impact not only on the political life of countries, but also on the demographic situation in the world, therefore, researchers in various fields are studying this topic. Migration policy of countries has been at the center of research by Western philosophers and experts for the past 40 years. This article discusses the migration policy of states, the importance of ethical norms in relations between migrants and the immigrant country.
