This article covers the issue of protecting the rights and interests of persons with disabilities, which is a large and multifactorial issue. Therefore, social support and education of children with special needs, who are a part of society, and their ability to show their abilities and capabilities by taking a place among healthy children, is an inclusive approach. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, normative legal documents were adopted in order to develop inclusive education and improve the system of education and upbringing of children with special educational needs. Ensuring the education of children with special educational needs in the Republic of Uzbekistan was analyzed on the basis of normative and legal documents.
