This article focuses on the analysis of antonyms, which are lexical units that express opposition. Also, information is given about the theoretical foundations and methods of the research. Detailed information about the theoretical basis and research methods is also given. In the work, as general theoretical methods, such methods as comparison, opposition and generalization were used. Lexoantonyms are analyzed within the literary text as a unit that creates a relationship of opposition in the language. Ideas are proved through linguistic evidence.
