This article consists of researching the process of creation and perception of speech, showing that the change of speech in the process of communication is related to the psyche, and analyzing the units directly involved in communication. Descriptive and comparative methods were used in the coverage of the article. It is shown that the connection of the language with the psyche is formed under the influence of the views based on the philosophical approach to the language. In this process, different units and means of expression of language and speech play an important role in conveying the idea quickly and easily.Language, as a system consisting of a complex system of signs, can express existing things and events in an unrestricted state. After all, the most important sign of a language is its communicativeness, it is characterized by the full expression of the process of communication between people.
