ISOLATION OF BACTERIAL STRAINS BY AMIDASE ACTIVITY AND TO STUDY THEIR PATHOGENIC PROPERTIES

Annotation.Many of the common Rhodococcus species are biotechnologically beneficial due to their metabolic versatility and biodegradable properties. The aim of the study is to isolate bacterial strains by amidase activity from different sources and to study whether they have pathogenic properties. A microbiological nutrient agent was chosen for the experiment: Endo agar, Salmonella-Shigella agar (SS-agar) and Mossel broth. It has been shown that in samples such as: Salmonella Sh. (SS) water No.1 10 3 1-sample, 10 3 2-rep. found pathogenic aerobes - salmonella and in the samples: Salmonella Sh. (SS) silt No.2 10 5 1-sample, 10 5 2-rep. strains of Escherichia coli (E. coli), bacteria belonging to the Enterobacteriaceae family.
