The effect of Tribulipil and its components on the immune response to erythrocytes of the ram, on the total number of cells in the central (thymus, bone marrow), peripheral (lymph nodes) organisms of immunity and on the cellular immunity of immunized mice was studied. The results showed that under the influence of dry extract isolated from plants Tríbulus terréstris and Chamerion angustifolium an increase the number of thymocytes compared to the control group at 23-28%, and under the influence of the drug Tribulipil respectively increased by 43%. Under the influence of the comparative drug Immunal number of thymocytes, respectively increased by 78%. Similar results were also observed on bone marrow cells. Furthermore, Tribilupil drug is more effective action on the amount of antibody in the lymph nodes, than other components. It also reduces the development of a delayed-type hypersensitivity reaction.
