THE INFLUENCE OF WATER AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS ON THE GROWTH, DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY OF WINTER WHEAT IN SLIGHTLY SALINE PASTURE-GRAY SOILS OF THE NAVOI REGION

The article describes the growth of winter wheat varieties “Uzbekistan-25” and “Andijan-4” on slightly saline meadow-serasem soils, research to determine the norms of irrigation and mineral fertilizers in order to accumulate moisture in the soil before planting for development and harvesting, as well as, mitigation of the negative consequences of drought and salinity in the conditions of low-salinity meadows of the Navoi region, ensure rapid growth and development of winter wheat and effective use of soil fertility, obtain a guaranteed number of bushes, the results of scientific studies of irrigation rates and the application of mineral fertilizers in order to accumulate moisture in the soil before sowing for growing high quality grain crops.
