In this article presents suggestions on how to maximize traffic safety at single-level intersections and interchanges, determination of the amount of damage from traffic accidents, the role of traffic lights in determining the order of traffic at intersections, the distribution of traffic along the lines, the optimization of traffic at intersections in urban conditions, the strengthening of the correct situations at one-level intersections of the city streets, as well as avoid congestion on the streets and roads, improve traffic safety at single level intersections in city streets.
