This article deals with the development of information models of higher education management business processes. The educational management information system provides operational planning and management of educational and scientific processes of higher educational institutions, automation of administrative activities, provision of information for decision-making in all main areas of activity, rapid reporting formation, provides students and teachers with convenient access to information on all areas of the university's activities. Information models of higher education management business processes play an important role in creating an information system. The more detailed the modeling work in the process of creating an information system, the higher the resulting efficiency of the created information system.
