Today, as a result of the acceleration of the globalization process and the intensification of the information flow, the social environment is changing, and the way of thinking of specialists in all spheres is changing to a new one. This situation also presents problems associated with the development of professional competence of specialist personnel. It follows from this that this article shows ways to use the “synergistic effect” method in the development of professional competence of physical education and sports specialists. Proposal-recommendations for the use and development of the “Synergistic effect” in team sports have also been developed.
