Coronary heart disease and chronic renal failure most often occur together, complicating each other. At the root of this phenomenon lies such a common etiological factor as dysfunction of the endothelium of blood vessels. An example is atherosclerosis of blood vessels, prolonged arterial hypertension and other pathophysiological mechanisms. Atherosclerosis first affects peripheral blood vessels, which may initially be asymptomatic. If you do not begin to reduce the cholesterol level in the blood, then atherosclerosis can spread to the coronary and renal arteries, which gives characteristic symptoms for these diseases. In view of all of the above, the joint study of CHD and chronic renal failure is relevant
