Innovation can be a key factor in being competitive in the long run and supporting business. Innovation management policy can be implemented in a specific way in developed, developing and least developed countries. No comparative studies have yet been conducted in various geographical areas, especially in the innovative sectors of the pharmaceutical industry. The main purpose of the article is to determine how the innovation management process is carried out between Switzerland and Uzbekistan. This scientific article reflects the analysis of statistical indicators formulated by the author.
