This article explores comprehensive methods for preventing and managing complications in facial surgery, emphasizing preoperative planning, intraoperative techniques, and postoperative care. The discussion incorporates evidence-based practices, including the role of advanced imaging, pharmacological interventions, and minimally invasive approaches.
