Comprehensive reforms implemented after the independence of Uzbekistan created the need to modernize the country and develop new approaches in the social and economic spheres. The idea of implementing the third renaissance of Uzbekistan was especially reflected in President Shavkat Mirziyoyevs work entitled "Nowadays and New Uzbekistan". This article analyzes the ideological foundations of the third renaissance, its role in the development of modern Uzbekistan, and perspectives based on the ideas of Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
