The article presents the results of studies of antiallergic efficacy and tolerability of the preparation "NEOKLAST®" 10 mg tablets manufactured by MChJ NOBEL PHARMSANOAT, Uzbekistan, in comparison with the drug NOTTA®(ACRETAN SANOVEL) tab 10 mg, manufactured by Sanovel Ilac Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Turkey. Based on the results of the obtained data, the domestic drug by clinical efficacy and tolerability is comparable with the foreign drug "NOTTA®" 10 and, on the basis of this, was registered as one more import-substituting drug.
