Objective: The nutritional value of Beshbulog mineral water has been studied. Material and methods: An organoleptic assessment of Beshbulog mineral water was carried out, chemical composition, radionuclide content, microbiological indices. Results: The investigated mineral water Beshbulog is referred to the group XIII sulfate sodium-calcium-magnesium waters and can be recommended for bottling as therapeutic and table water for the treatment of organic and functional diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and metabolism. Conclusion: The technological instruction on manufacture of water of mineral drinking medical-dining room Beshbulog is developed.
