The article shows an analysis of the degree of adherence to treat patients with chronic diseases and the dependence of these indicators on their gender. The results of the analysis indicate that there is a low adherence to treat both in conditionally healthy individuals and in patients. The structure of the reasons for the irregular intake of the drug and their gender difference is shown.
