The article analyzes the role of the Japanese 5S system in the effective organization of production processes , increasing productivity and labor efficiency in the workplace . 5S - includes five stages: sorting, placement, ensuring cleanliness , standardization, and improvement. Through these stages , it is possible to streamline the work environment, foster a sense of responsibility among employees , strengthen safety , and improve product quality .
