The article presents the results of studies of the comparative antiallergic efficacy and tolerability of the drug NEOKLAST® 4.,5 (montelukast), manufactured by MChJ NOBEL PHARMSANOAT, Uzbekistan in comparison with NOTTA® 4.,5 (montelukast) tablets manufactured by Sanovel Ilac Sanayi ve Ticaret AS Turkey in pediatrics. Based on the results of the data obtained, the domestic preparation for clinical efficacy and tolerability is comparable with the foreign drug "NOTTA®" 4. 5, and on the basis of this it is registered as one more import-substituting drug
