This article analyzes the development processes of digital energy projects in foreign countries, their main technological directions, and efficiency indicators. Under the conditions of digital transformation, the study highlights international practices of integrating information and communication technologies into the energy sector, including the use of Smart Grids, IoT, artificial intelligence, and Big Data systems to optimize energy production, distribution, and consumption processes. The article scientifically examines the advantages of large-scale digital energy programs implemented in countries such as the United States, China, Germany and Japan, as well as their impact on environmental sustainability and economic efficiency. In addition, the necessity of studying foreign experience and the prospects for introducing digital technologies into Uzbekistan’s energy system are substantiated.
