This article analyzes the potential of financial technologies (fintech) in attracting foreign investment in Uzbekistan. It highlights the development of digital banking, payment systems, blockchain solutions, and neobanks as key drivers of economic modernization. The study examines how fintech improves transparency, efficiency, and investor confidence while identifying existing challenges such as weak regulatory frameworks and limited digital infrastructure. It also provides policy recommendations aimed at expanding financial inclusion and strengthening Uzbekistan’s position as a competitive destination for sustainable investment and innovation.
