Modern directions of development of the system of higher education services in the digital economy

This article examines modern directions in the development of the system of higher education services in the context of the formation of the digital economy. The transformation of educational services under the influence of digital technologies, including e-learning, distance learning platforms, artificial intelligence, big data, and digital university ecosystems, is analyzed. Special attention is paid to institutional changes in the higher education system, the role of the state and the private sector, as well as the impact of digitalization on the quality, accessibility, and competitiveness of educational services. Based on statistical data from the Republic of Uzbekistan, key trends in the digital transformation of higher education are identified, and promising directions for its further development are determined.
