This article provides a scientific analysis of the features of digital marketing in organizing trade services in accordance with market demand. The study examines the role of digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, SMM, CRM systems, and analytical platforms) in identifying consumer needs, analyzing their behavior, and personalizing trade services. It also substantiates the impact of data-driven marketing, interactive communication, omnichannel approach, and personalized service on the efficiency of trade activities. The research results show that digital marketing is an important factor in adapting trade services to market requirements, increasing customer loyalty, and ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises.
