The article presents the results of studies of antiallergic efficacy and tolerability of the preparation "ELTIRIZIN®" 5 mg tablets manufactured by MChJ NOBEL PHARMSANOAT, Uzbekistan, in comparison with the drug POLLEZIN® tab 5 mg, manufactured by Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC, Hungary. Based on the results of the obtained data, the domestic drug by clinical efficacy and tolerability is comparable with the foreign drug POLLEZIN® and, on the basis of this, was registered as one more import-substituting drug
